Yoga nidra Teachertraining coming up!

A 50 hour Yoga Nidra teacher training at Yagoy, Amsterdam.

This 50 hr. training is designed for yoga teachers and is also open (by consultation) to those with a relevant background or a clear personal intention.
It is an invitation to deepen your understanding of Yoga Nidra and the power of profound rest. You will explore how this practice supports and regulates the nervous system, travel through different brainwave states, and learn about the layers of consciousness and the rich history of Yoga Nidra. Along the way, your own creativity is gently awakened, and the many therapeutic and transformative qualities of the practice begin to unfold.

You’ll learn the structure of a yoga nidra practice and how to use your own words to create your own.

Beyond teaching, this training is a deeply personal journey of self-development. Held in a supportive setting with close attention.

yoga Nidra & Sound special class

In this special class we will combine the ‘yogic sleep’ practice of deep relaxation with sounds. This combination will help you deepen stillness and calm your nervous system. It will be a space to guide awareness, release tension and facilitate healing in a conscious dreamlike state.

There will be space for intentions, and you will leave energized and rested. Calm and focused.

A cacao ceremony can be a wonderful event to consciously experience a moment.
